ITS Customer Services provides various levels of software support to University staff, faculty and students. This support is limited, however, to software products currently available through certain licensing schemes, including University site licensing, the Microsoft Campus Agreement and others licensed to and distributed by the University for a fee. A matrix of available and supported software is located here.
Software Sales
UNO students, faculty and staff may obtain certain UNO licensed or free software, including an antivirus program licensed through McAfee, for use on their personal computer equipment, and for University-owned equipment, including classrooms, computer labs and office computers. This software is available for download by visiting the ITS Install Server.
UNO students, faculty and staff may purchase certain Microsoft and other companies' software products at an educational discount through the UNO Bookstore.
UNO faculty and staff who are currently employed by UNO may purchase certain Microsoft and other companies' software products at an educational discount as provided by individual software vendors' educational software licenses through ITS Customer Services in Room 104, Eppley Administration Building.
