Information Technology Services (ITS) provides a number of ways to obtain assistance with your computer and computing-related issues. Two of those methods are self-service - our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) files and our Solutions Knowledgebase. A new, third method of help can be found at our page for at-home computer users.
Our Customer Services Office in Room 104, Epply Administration Building. We are open from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Mon - Th, and 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Fri. Drop by at your convenience and we'll assist you with accessing your e-mail account, your myBlackboard account and your on-line storage area (myFolder). We offer basic help with Microsoft Office programs, document scanning and wireless networking connectivity.
