Information Technology Services (ITS) provides a number of ways to obtain assistance with your computer and computing-related issues. Two of those methods are self-service - our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) files and our Solutions Knowledgebase. A new, third method of help can be found at our page for at-home computer users.
Our Customer Services Office in Room 104, Epply Administration Building, is open from 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday (7:30 - 4:30 during the summer). Drop by at your convenience and we'll assist you with accessing your e-mail account, your myBlackboard account, your on-line storage area (myFolder) and with recovering data from ailing floppy disks. We offer basic help with Microsoft Office programs, document scanning and wireless networking connectivity.
