The ITS Customer Service 'e-Ticket' is a convenient, self-service method of placing a computer service help request. It takes only a few minutes to complete; fill in the issue description and click on 'Submit.' The request will be automatically sent to the ITS Customer Service Center. A technician will contact you during the next business day to assist you with your service problem.
