The Customer Services Call Center is located in Eppley Administration Building (EAB) Rm 104. We are open during normal University business hours. You can reach us at 554.HELP (4357). After-hours calls are routed to an ITS Computer Lab consultant who will help you with your computing issues.
The Call Center provides the following services to students, faculty and staff:
• Equipment checkout: laptop computers (all); electronic instruction 'clickers' and portable projectors (Facstaff only)
• A workstation where you can scan documents, pictures, etc.and burn them to CD or DVD
• Media Conversion - VHS to DVD; slides to DVD (for academic classroom use only)
• Assistance with data recovery
• Assistance with Lotus Notes over the Web (username, password reset, how to use)
• Assistance with myUNO (Blackboard) (username, password reset, how to use)
